He feels he has done well in his initial appearances but is focused on reaching a higher standard. "I think I did pretty well today, but I know I can do better," Nzingoula admitted. "I’m still trying to find my best level and my maximum level."

He also praised the squad's atmosphere, saying it has been straightforward to fit into a group of good players where teammates have actively helped bring him into the fold.
